I had an issue with a "non specified room" option which was offered by Expedia. The hotel reception offered me a smoking room although I specified a non smoking in my booking. For having a non smoking they tried to charge me additional 70% of the booked room rate. After long disputes the reception desk head agreed with my arguments and I got a non smoking room but I spent time and my first impression about the hotel was mixed up.

great stay for the night. Room was clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. Lots of dining and stuff to do on site like bowlong alley, and movie theater in addition to casino. Couple of cons were very slow internet, and our room had a giant spotlight directly pointing at it. The blackout curtains cut 99% of the light so not a huge deal, but definately had some light bleed as a result of the high power light.

The property itself was great. The staff were super lovely and the room was very nice and appeared to be recently renovated. Unfortunately nowhere did I read online that Venice beach has a large homeless population and it feels unsafe and unclean (lots of spray paint, garbage etc.). I was really shocked at the surroundings and will not return here for this reason.

We loved the room, the view, and the proximity to different neighborhoods. They do try to have you sit for a timeshare presentation right as you check in. Everything else was awesome and we would recommend staying here.

it was a bargain at thirty dollars place was clean acceptable and delightful. Will below my budget plenty of money of left over to gamble. I would stay there again. Loved it!!!
